Solognac SIKA 90 (Black)

The Solognac SIKA 90 (Black) is an inexpensive rather good knife. For 14.90 EUR (at the time of this writing) you get a knife to go camping on a budget for one or two days.

Quite comfortable rubber handle I have to say. This in combination with the finger choil makes it quite grippy.

Let’s speak about the edge retention, I did not test it exhaustively, one day camping, splitting some wood, cutting some branches, and preparing some food, at the end of the day it still cut well, I was not disappointed, specially for the price.

I really don’t have too much to say about it. It is very inexpensive and the quality is decent for what you pay. It is a good option if the laws in your country are quite tight, I mean, nobody wants the police to seize a 100 EUR camping knife.

The sheath is quite good as well, not too big and also not to small.

I am happy I gave it a try. Here are the photos!
